Board of Supervisors Meeting:

The County of will be taking the proposed ordinance to the Marin Board of Supervisors on April 19, 2022 for a first hearing and an adoption vote on May 10, 2022.

To assist the public and our food service industry with questions they may have regarding the proposed ordinance, the County has developed a Frequently Asked Questions document and a list of products that are currently exempt from the ordinance. The County has also updated the list of recommended alternative materials and information on accessing and pricing.
