Tomales Bay Living Shoreline Study Webinar

Please join us, and share this announcement:

The Marin County Community Development Agency is hosting a virtual public meeting on Monday January 24 from 5-6pm via zoom (details and registration link below) to show their findings regarding living shorelines and how they may be able to protect Tomales Bay from some impacts of Sea Level Rise.

Living shorelines provide a way to work with natural features of shorelines to bolster shoreline protection. Examples include tidal marshes, beaches, offshore islands or sand bars. Oyster beds and eelgrass can also dampen wave activity to decrease erosion.

This is a link to register for the meeting. Upon registration, the meeting link is sent. You can register a minute before or even during the meeting to get the meeting link.
