Team Up to Clean Up Community Groups
September 16th-20th, 2024

Each year we invite local businesses, clubs, village associations, and nonprofits to join us for Litter Bugs Me as a Team Up to Clean Up Crew where groups adopt a roadway, beach, or creek in coastal Marin, (affectionately known as West Marin) to clean up after the busy tourist summer season and before the first winter rains. This event was founded over 20 years ago by Marin County residents, Rigdon Currie and Dennis Rodoni (currently our District Four Marin County Supervisor) before the event was handed off to EAC in 2009. Stay tuned for how to sign up in late summer 2024.

Community Groups who have participated include:
East Shore Planning Group, Point Reyes Station Village Association, Inverness Association, Olema Valley Association, West Marin Climate Action, Rotary Club, Nicasio Volunteer Firefighters Ladies Auxiliary, and Audubon Canyon Ranch at Cypress Grove.
