Spring Litter Bugs Me

Litter Bugs Me, our September roadside clean-up effort in West Marin, has expanded to help keep our roadsides free of trash throughout the year. In partnership with Marin County, we are recruiting volunteers to help clean up the roadsides ahead of the annual roadside mowing crews. Shredded trash is much harder to clean up and threatens the health of terrestrial and marine wildlife. Cleaning up the roadsides before mowing helps prevent microplastic formation in our watersheds.
